HOW TO REGISTER
For your convenience, we've provided an online registration option for the 2026 Kansas State Convention. You are still able to register by mail, but we encourage you to register online.
- Online Registration: Complete the registration form below for a quick and hassle-free experience.
- Print and Mail: Alternatively, you can print the form, fill it out, and send it in along with your payment.
Please note that regardless of your chosen method, completing your convention registration DOES NOT reserve your hotel room. Please ensure you read the "Important Information" section on the right side of this webpage. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to welcoming you to the 2026 Kansas State Convention!

Online Registration Steps:
- Complete form below with your personal details and meal choices.
- Click the "Proceed to Payment" to enter your payment information and to finalize your online registration.
- Online registration requires online payment. You will receive a confirmation email after your purchase is complete.

Registering by Mail:
- Click HERE to Download and print the 2026 Registration Form.
- Fill out ALL personal information and meal choices, clearly.
- Mail the completed forms along with your payment to Knights of Columbus State Council at PO Box 385, Derby, KS 67037.
- You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your forms and payment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- The credential form submitted by your council does not register you for the convention. Registration for Convention is SEPARATE!
- Hotel Room Reservation is separate as well, please click HERE to access the booking link. Rooms will NOT be available at the block rate after registration closes!
- Extra meal tickets will NOT be available at Convention Check-In.
